Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to M2 Visibility, provided by M2.IA Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação, Brazilian CNPJ 62.138.251/0001-94. A user acting on behalf of an organization represents that they are authorized to bind that organization to applicable terms. Specific commercial terms prevail over these Terms to the extent expressly agreed.

M2 Visibility provides measurement, monitoring, source intelligence, recommendations, governance and automation capabilities related to how brands and content appear in AI systems. Results depend on models, prompts, external sources, configuration, date and methodology and do not guarantee ranking, traffic, revenue, citation or future recommendation.

• Users must provide accurate information and protect credentials.
• Accounts are personal unless an authorized corporate identity mechanism is used.
• Organizations are responsible for roles, access and offboarding of their users.
• M2.IA may suspend credentials or sessions when required to protect security, users or the service.

The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability exploitation, interference with service availability, abusive extraction, limit circumvention, malware distribution or submission of content the user is not authorized to process.

The customer retains the rights it holds in its content and is responsible for the legitimacy, quality and authorization to submit or integrate that data. M2.IA processes customer content to provide, secure and support the service in accordance with the contract, Privacy Policy and applicable DPA.

The platform, software, design, documentation, methodologies, trademarks, data models and proprietary components remain the property of M2.IA or its licensors. No ownership is transferred other than the limited right to use the service during the applicable subscription.

Plans, prices, quotas, users, features, billing cycles and other conditions are defined by the then-current commercial offer or specific agreement. Features may be restricted when contracted limits are reached. Taxes and invoicing are handled according to applicable law and commercial documentation.

The service depends on infrastructure, AI models, APIs and other external services. Changes to those dependencies may affect functionality, latency, coverage, cost or methodology. M2.IA seeks to manage such dependencies with governance and transparency but does not guarantee third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

General operational objectives are described in SLA & Continuity. Unless expressly stated in an Order Form or contract, those objectives do not create financial guarantees, automatic service credits or absolute availability commitments.

M2.IA may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal requirement or use that threatens third parties or service integrity. Data after termination is handled under the DPA, legal obligations and retention policy.

Non-public information identified or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected and used solely for the contractual relationship. Any NDA or specific confidentiality provisions remain in effect.

AI Visibility metrics are analytical instruments and do not constitute an independent audit, legal opinion, certification, financial advice or guarantee of marketing performance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability exclusions and financial caps are governed by the applicable agreement or Order Form.

The relationship is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Unless otherwise agreed or required by mandatory law, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts associated with M2.IA’s registered place of business, subject to applicable jurisdiction rules.
