Service Levels & Continuity

Baseline availability, support, maintenance and recovery policy for the initial commercial launch of M2 Visibility.

Version 2.0 · Effective August 19, 2026 · M2.IA Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação · Brazilian CNPJ 62.138.251/0001-94

Initial GA decision: M2.IA does not publish a universal financial SLA or automatic downtime credits. Higher contractual commitments or service credits exist only when stated in an Enterprise Order Form or agreement. The objectives below guide operations and incident prioritization.
01

Availability objective

The standard operational objective is at least 99.5% monthly availability for online functionality under M2.IA’s reasonable control, excluding planned maintenance, external-provider failures, force majeure, legitimate suspension, customer configuration and incidents originating in external integrations.

02

Incident severity and response

LevelDefinitionFirst-response objective
P1 CriticalBroad outage, loss of access to the main service, or high-impact security incident.within 4 clock hours after confirmation
P2 HighMaterial degradation without full outage, or critical feature affected with limited workaround.within 1 business day
P3 NormalNon-critical defect, operational question or standard request.within 2 business days

Response objectives are not resolution-time guarantees.

03

Maintenance

Planned maintenance with material impact will, where reasonably possible, occur in lower-usage windows with prior notice. Urgent security work may be performed without advance notice where delay would materially increase risk.

04

RPO and RTO

For the initial launch, M2.IA adopts internal continuity objectives of RPO up to 24 hours and RTO up to 24 hours for catastrophic incidents requiring restoration, subject to underlying infrastructure capabilities and incident characteristics. These objectives do not replace a separately contracted commitment.

05

Recovery and evidence

The continuity approach combines hosting-platform capabilities, code checkpoints, rollback procedures, readiness gates and preservation of operational evidence. The design will be reviewed as volume, criticality and contractual obligations evolve.

06

External dependencies

AI models, APIs, cloud services, DNS, email and connectors may affect service availability without being directly controlled by M2.IA. Operations should distinguish product failures from provider failures and apply fallback or communication where technically feasible.

07

Enterprise commitments

Enterprise customers may negotiate different availability targets, support objectives, RPO/RTO, maintenance windows, escalation and service credits. Any such commitment must be documented in an executed agreement and prevails over this policy to the expressly agreed extent.
