Subprocessor Register | M2 Visibility

This register distinguishes core dependencies from conditional providers. It does not imply that every provider receives data from every customer or every operation.

Core

Purpose: Application platform, runtime, hosting, authentication, storage, observability and integrations used to operate M2 Visibility.

Location: Distributed infrastructure and subprocessors, including international processing as documented by the provider.

OpenAI

Conditional

Purpose: Prompt and response processing when OpenAI models or corresponding AI capabilities are enabled, directly or through the platform.

Location: United States and other locations described in the provider’s terms and subprocessor list.

Anthropic

Conditional

Purpose: Prompt and response processing when Claude models or corresponding capabilities are enabled.

Location: United States and other locations described by the provider.

Google

Conditional

Purpose: Gemini/Google Generative AI processing and, when expressly authorized, Google integrations such as Search Console and Analytics.

Location: Global infrastructure according to the configured service and contractual terms.

Inclusion criteria

A provider is treated as a subprocessor where it may process personal data on behalf of M2.IA to provide the service. Providers contracted directly by the customer under its own credentials may have a different role depending on the specific processing flow.

Changes

M2.IA reviews this inventory when the processing chain changes materially. Customers with specific contractual notification rights may receive notice through the agreed channel.
